Who We Are
Scott J. Tingelhoff
Scott J. Tingelhoff is an accomplished attorney with more than 26 years of legal experience, serving Nebraskan clients with integrity, diligence, and a deep commitment to justice. He is the founder of Tingelhoff Law, P.C., L.L.O., where he has practiced since 1999, representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of legal matters. His practice includes business law, civil litigation, criminal law, domestic and family law, and estate planning/probate.

From 2002 to 2014, Scott served as County Attorney for Saunders County, where he prosecuted criminal cases, advised county officials, and upheld the rule of law in the community. His leadership and legal expertise in that role earned him a reputation for fairness, thoroughness, and an unwavering dedication to public service.

Scott holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar in 1999.

Ivy M. Lutz
Ivy M. Lutz is an attorney at Tingelhoff Law, P.C., L.L.O. who believes every client deserves thoughtful, compassionate, and dedicated representation. She represents individuals in criminal, family, immigration, personal injury, wrongful death, estate planning, business, real estate, and landlord–tenant law matters.

Her legal background includes roles with Legal Aid of Nebraska, Monzón, Guerra & Associates, the Multicultural Coalition, the UNL College of Law Civil Clinic, and the Lincoln Commission on Human Rights. In each position, she has worked closely with people from all walks of life—standing beside them during some of their most challenging moments, from defending tenants in court to advocating for families through complex immigration processes.

Ivy earned both her Juris Doctor and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Ethnic Studies, and Criminology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Known for her empathy and commitment to justice, she approaches each case with the goal of protecting her clients’ rights while helping them move toward a better future.
